Summary: Works great - now!
Comment: Th'e blue Ant V1 works really well now. I had some trouble at first when I put a company sticker on the bottom of it. When I made calls no one could hear me. As a last resort before calling for a return authorization, I took the sticker off and it worked great! Nowhere in the documentation did it say that the microphones are on the bottom so don't put anything on the bottom of the little unit. Now, even when traveling on the highway, I'm told there's very little noise on the other end, so the noise reduction works great! Very good product.

Comment: Received the BlueAnt V1 for Christmas after using other BT headsets for many years.
V1 is extremely easy to set-up and use! As advertised, the voice activated controls are super helpful.
Speaker quality is superb, and microphone quality is very good. There is a slight echo / hallow sound, but very clear.
Form factor is very small and incredibly light weight.

Comment: Okay so I wrote a review the other raving about this product (after only having it a couple hours). Anyhow I am severely retracting that statement! I have had nothing but complaints since writing the review that I was "breaking up" by the other caller, and the muffled sound on my end (may be from the foam earpiece I'm not sure). Anyhow for what this guy cost me I'm not pleased that I'm experiencing these issues. I do understand it could also be my phone (LG Dare). So I am taking it in tomorrow to be "looked" at just so that possibility is ruled out. It saddens me to have to write a poor review for this thing, and shocks me due to all the other wonderful reviews from consumers. I'm hoping it's maybe just a problem on "my" end. However as much as I sold friends on this unit I am not thinking of taking their advice and trying a new Plantronics model...(still diverting away from Jawbone LOL) and we'll see how that works out! Good luck to those of you with this lil' guy and congrats to those who've had tremendous success with it, I'm truly envious!

Summary: WOW! It's a great companion for my IPhone
Comment: The sound quality & sound reduction is excellent. Love the style, very lightweight, and fits perfectly on my ear. Best of all, I can now do voice commands which I dearly missed(Iphone does not have voice commands capability).
