Honey Glaze For Roasting

1 all measures are per pound
1 of meat being basted
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
5 turns pepper (about 2tb)
1/4 teaspoon ground fennel
1 dash ground cinnamon
1/8 cup water
