Chicken Cacciatore W/Linguini

4 lb chicken pieces -- skinned &
1 defatted
2 teaspoon olive oil
6 green onions
40 ml garlic -- sliced thin
1 sauce:
6 oz tomato paste
1/2 cup dry white wine -=or=-
1/4 cup dry white cooking wine
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup chicken stock
1 bay leaf
1/8 teaspoon sweet marjoram
1 cup mushrooms -- sliced

Saute chicken in olive oil, green onions and garlic. Mix together the remaining ingredients for the sauce. Simmer chicken in sauce 1 hour covered.
