Alfredo
pasta
1/4 cup butter
2 cup heavy cream
1 pinch nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lb cooked fettuccine
Combine butter, cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper in skillet. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes. Toss with cheese and cooked pasta.
