Dill-Yogurt Dressing
salad dressing, spring
1/3 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup minced dill
Mix dressing ingredients in a small nonreactive bowl; set aside.
Make the Barley, Tomato, and Cucumber Salad (see recipe in the Entertain! cookbook) or another of your choice and toss in the Dill-Yogurt Dressing. Chill. Serve.
NOTES : A cool, refreshing mixture that mates perfectly with cucumber. Would be especially welcome served with hot and spicy food. 0 0 0 20057
