Stuffed Mushrooms

1 pound small mushrooms
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 cloves garlic; minced
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup olive oil

Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine. Combine with remaining ingredients and spoon into mushroom caps. Bake 25 minutes. NOTES : Baked mushrooms stuffed with Parmesan herbed breadcrumbs. Long time favorite! 4196 0 196 2679 0 0 0 0 0 0
