Sausage And Spinach Shells

16 ounces medium pasta shells; cooked
1/2 pound sweet Italian sausages; crumbled, browned
4 cloves garlic; crushed
1/2 bunch green onions; sliced
10 ounces (1 package) frozen chopped spinach; thawed, squeeze out
water
MIX TOGETHER:
6 ounces tomato paste
18 ounces water
Cook pasta. Brown meat, drain. Add meat, garlic, and onion to pan. Cook until onions soften. Add spinach and heat through. Drain pasta and arrange in casserole dish. Top pasta with meat/spinach mixture. In same pan, heat tomato paste and stir in water a little at a time. Bring to boil and pour over pasta. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
Yields 9x13-inch baking dish.
