Garden Herb Penne

3/4 cup fresh Herbs, a combination of:
fresh basil, fresh oregano, fresh t; and fresh parsley
2 pounds ; diced
Pinch salt
Pinch black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pound penne
1 cup grated lowfat cheddar cheese

Combine herbs, onion, oil, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook pasta al dente. Toss with tomato, herb, oil mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. NOTES : Penne pasta tossed with raw fresh tomatoes, five herbs, onion and olive oil; topped with lowfat cheddar. Original low-fat main dish. 0 0 0 0 0 0 4363 26115
