2 cloves garlic chopped

2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
7 ounce italian tuna packed in oil
1/4 cup white wine
drained and oil reserved
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 stick butter
1 28 ounce can chopped peeled tomatoes

Melt butter and tuna oil in pan. Sautee garlic for 2 min, until golden. Addtuna and cook 5 min. Add tomatoes, wine and parsley, salt and pepper and cook on low heat 30 min. Serve over cooked, drained pasta. Converted by MMCONV vers. 1.00
