Pasta Arrabbiata

2 each dried red chilies, crumbled
6 each garlic cloves, chopped
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce -=or=- passata
1 salt & pepper
12 oz pasta of your choice
3 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Warm chilis & garlic in olive oil until the garlic is fragrant. Add the tomato sauce or passata along with the salt & pepper. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Cook pasta till al dente & drain. Serve pasta tossed with sauce & sprinkled with parsley. Marlena Spieler, "200+ Vegetarian Pasta Recipes"
