Italian-Seasoned Breaded Vegetables

1 cup italian seasoned dry bread
1 crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2/3 cup hellmann's real mayonnaise
6 cup assorted vegetables, such as
1 broccoli florets,carrot
1 sticks, mushrooms,
1 green or red pepper strips,
1 yellow squash
1 and/or zucchini strips
Preheat oven to 425F. Place bread crumbs and cheese in plastic food bag, shake to combine. Place mayonnaise in another bag; add vegetables and shake to coat. Add mayonnaise-coated vegetables, half at a time, to crumb mixture; shake to coat well. Place on ungreased cookie sheet separating so that pieces do not touch. Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
