1 teaspoon black pepper

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE PORK IN A SMALL BOTTLE OR DISH. SPRINKLE ON PORK AND MIX IN TO BLEND EVENLY. MIX SAUSAGE SEVERAL HOURS OR A DAY BEFORE USING.
