1/4 cup grated milk chocolate
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
2 tablespoon cream, approximately

Italian Cheese Pudding Budino Di Ricotta Put the ricotta, chocolate and nuts into the container of a food processor and blend thoroughly. Add enough cream to make a smooth consistency. Serve with cookies.
