Italian Black Beans & Rice

2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup onion; chopped
2 garlic cloves; minced
19 oz black beans; undrained
1/2 cup cooked ham; cubed (i leave
1 ; out the meat)
3/4 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
5 drop hot pepper sauce; 3-5 drops
2 cup rice; cooked

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic, cook 3-5 minutes or until tender. Stil in all remeaining ingrediants except rice. Simmer, cover 6 to 8 minutes.
