Impossible Chicken Parmigiana Pie

3/4 cup creamed cottage cheese (small curd)
1/3 cup parmesan; grated
1 1/2 cup chicken; cooked cut-up
5 oz mozzarella; shredded
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon organo, dried
1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
6 oz tomato paste
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2/3 cup bisquick baking mix
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10" pie plate. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in the pie plate. Mix chicken, one-half cup of the mozzarella, the garlic powder, oregano, basil and tomato paste. Spoon over Parmesan cheese. Beat the remaining ingredients in a blender on high speed 15 seconds, with a hand beater one minute or until smooth. Pour into a pie plate. Bake 30 minutes. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake five to eight minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool five minutes. High altitudes: No adjustments are necessary
