Easy Zesty Italian Potatoes W/Veggies

8 large potatoes
3 carrots
3 celery stalks
1 onion
1/2 cup kraft zesty italian dressing
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cup tomato sauce*
1 salt
1 pepper
Cut potatoes into 1 inch chunks. Cut celery, carrots and onions into chunks. Place in a baking dish. Pour dressing over top add salt and pepper and butter. Make sure there is enough dressing to cover the bottom of the dish. Stir. Bake in 350øF oven for about 1 1/2 hours. Stir around about every 10 - 20 minutes. After cooking for approx. 50 minutes add tomato sauce. Stir and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. *You can add whatever vegetables you want and can also leave out the tomato sauce if desired.
