1/3 stick butter
1 mm :mk vmxv03a
4 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 pound bacon
10 plum tomatoes chopped
1 green pepper diced
1/4 cup white wine
1 red pepper diced
1 hot pepper halved and seeded
1 onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic chopped

Sautee bacon until almost crisp. Drain. Add butter and oil. Sautee onion and garlic.Add peppers and sautee 5 min. Add tomatoes and wine, cook 15 min. REMOVE HOT PEPPER. Season with salt and pepper and serve over pasta. Converted by MMCONV vers. 1.00
