Tomato Sauce

1/2 cup Onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Oil
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 each Garlic clove; minced
3 each Tomato
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Pepper; dash
Cook onion and garlic in oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until blended.
